What is a TikTok Shop MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to outside data and tools.   2. Name it Kixmon, paste https://api.kixmon.io/mcp and click Add.
  3. Click Connect and sign in with your Kixmon account.
  4. Open a new chat. Click + next to the message box, open Connectors, and check that Kixmon is switched on.

Plans

Works on personal Claude plans. On a company account (Team or Enterprise), your Claude admin may need to add Kixmon first. After that, you just click Connect.

Connect TikTok Shop to ChatGPT

  1. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, click + and choose Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name it Kixmon and add a short description, such as "TikTok Shop profit data from Kixmon". Paste https://api.kixmon.io/mcp as the Server URL.
  3. Choose OAuth, review the warning, select I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
  4. Install Kixmon from your plugins and sign in with your Kixmon account.
  5. In a chat, type @, pick Kixmon and ask your question.

Needs a paid ChatGPT plan. If "Add custom MCP server" is missing, turn on Developer mode in Settings → Security and login.

Custom connectors may need a paid Grok plan. On Business and Enterprise, an admin adds the connector first.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Add a custom app.
  3. Paste https://api.kixmon.io/mcp and click Next.
  4. Sign in with your Kixmon account, approve the connection, then turn Kixmon on in your chat.

Custom apps currently need Google AI Ultra on a personal Google account. On Gemini Enterprise, a Google Cloud admin adds Kixmon for the company.

Connect TikTok Shop to Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, for work accounts

  1. In Copilot Studio, open your agent and go to the Tools page.
  2. Select Add a tool, then New tool, then Model Context Protocol.
  3. Name it Kixmon, paste https://api.kixmon.io/mcp and choose OAuth 2.0 for authentication.
  4. Select Create, create a connection, sign in with your Kixmon account and add the tool to the agent.
  5. Publish the agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot or Teams and ask your questions there.

Plans

The free Copilot app can't add custom connectors. You need a work account with Copilot Studio, and usually your IT admin sets it up. Admins can also add Kixmon for everyone in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Connect TikTok Shop to Perplexity

  2. Click + Custom connector in the top-right corner and choose Remote.
  3. Name it Kixmon, paste https://api.kixmon.io/mcp as the MCP server URL, choose OAuth and click Add.
  4. Click the Kixmon card and sign in with your Kixmon account.
  5. In a new search, click +, tick Kixmon under Connectors and sources, and ask your question.

Plans

Custom connectors need Perplexity Pro or Enterprise. On Enterprise, an admin must first allow members to add custom connectors.

Is the Kixmon TikTok Shop connector secure?

  • You sign in with OAuth, so your assistant never sees your Kixmon password.
  • Your assistant only sees the data of the Kixmon account you sign in with.
  • The connector can't edit orders, products, prices or settings.
  • Kixmon never retrieves your customers' names, addresses or payment details.

Troubleshooting

TikTok Shop MCP troubleshooting

The assistant doesn't use Kixmon

Check that Kixmon is turned on for the chat, or mention "Kixmon" in your question.

Login error or expired session

Disconnect Kixmon in your assistant's connector settings, then connect and sign in again.

No data, or the wrong shop

Make sure your TikTok Shop is connected inside Kixmon, and name the shop in your question.

I can't find the custom connector option

Check that your plan supports custom connectors (see the Plans note for your assistant above). On ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode in Settings → Security and login.
