API Testing Tool

The API Testing Tool lets you send a live request to any Kixmon Profit API endpoint from your browser — no code, no Postman setup. It lives in your Kixmon account at kixmon.io/doc/try.

How to access it

1. Sign in to Kixmon and connect your TikTok Shop and ads account. The tool cannot be accessed without an authorized shop.
2. In the left sidebar, open Setting → REST APIs and click Enable REST APIs.
3. Click the Developer documentation button on that page — it opens the Developer Guide at kixmon.io/doc/, with the API Testing Tool in its sidebar.

How it works

1. Pick an endpoint from the API name dropdown — Shops, Products, Orders, Orders by Product, Non-Order Adjustments, Refunds, Shop Ads, Product Ads, or Expenses. The GET path shows underneath, with a View API doc link to its reference page.
2. Pick a shop in the X-Shop-Id dropdown. The selected shop’s id is sent as the X-Shop-Id header automatically and kept in sync with the shop selected in the header.
3. Set query parameters if you need filters — dates, paging, sorting — in the Query parameters section. Sensible defaults are pre-filled (for date-range endpoints, the last few days).
4. Submit Request. The response appears on the right with its HTTP status. Your app key and secret are added on the server — the secret never appears in the browser.

The Request demo (cURL) panel mirrors your current selection as a copy-ready cURL command, with YOUR_APP_SECRET as a placeholder — paste in your real secret and it runs from any terminal.

Postman collection

The Developer Guide overview also offers Download Postman collection and Download Postman environment buttons — import both into Postman, set your app secret in the environment, and every endpoint is ready to call.

Good to know

• Every doc page here links straight into the tool with the endpoint pre-selected — the API Testing Tool button next to each endpoint’s version badge.
• Requests sent from the tool are real API calls and count against the rate limit (60 per minute per app key).
• The cURL demo shows your real app key. Treat screenshots of the tool as sensitive.
