In this article, you will learn how to read your daily TikTok ad spend, coupons and billed cost, and sync any missing dates.
Why use the Ads page
- Stay within your ad budget. See exactly how much you spent on TikTok ads each day.
- See your ad credits. Coupons from TikTok live in TikTok Ads Manager, not in Seller Center where GMV Max ads run. KixMon shows them next to your spend.
- Know your real ad cost. Billed Cost is what you actually pay, and it is the ad cost KixMon uses in your profit.
Daily ad spend
Open Ads in the left menu. Each row is one day of ad spend for your shop, newest first.

Use Date Range and Ads Type to filter the table. Click Reset to clear them.
This page shows ad spend for your whole shop. To see ad spend for each product, open Product Analytics, or the product-wise profit table below the Dashboard Tiles.
Sync missing dates
If some dates are missing, you can sync them again from TikTok:
- Click Sync with TikTok at the top right.
- Choose a Start Date and an End Date.
- Click Sync.
How far back you can sync depends on your plan.
Ads Settings
KixMon automatically finds the TikTok Ads Manager account linked to your shop. If the wrong one is connected, you can change it here:
- Click Settings at the top right of the Ads page.
- Under Advertiser ID, pick the TikTok Ads Manager account that runs ads for this shop.
- Click Save.
Currently, you can link one Advertiser ID per shop.
Ads not connected or wrong ad account?
Most sellers connect TikTok Ads during setup, and KixMon automatically finds the ad account linked to your shop, so this rarely happens. If ad spend shows $0, or the amounts don’t match TikTok Ads Manager:
- Not connected yet? Follow Connect your TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads. The Dashboard also shows a reminder until TikTok Ads is connected.
- Wrong ad account? This is rare. Choose the correct Advertiser ID in Ads Settings.
- Some dates missing? Use Sync with TikTok for those dates.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my ad spend show $0?
Your TikTok Ads account may not be connected yet. KixMon automatically finds the ad account linked to your shop, but in rare cases a different Advertiser ID may be selected. Connect it from Setup Accounts, and check the Advertiser ID in Ads Settings. In rare cases, if ad spend is lower than expected, use Sync with TikTok for those dates.
What are coupons?
Ad credits from TikTok. They lower what you pay for ads. KixMon shows them in the Coupons column, so you do not have to look for them in TikTok Ads Manager.
What is Billed Cost?
What you actually pay TikTok for ads on that day, after coupons. KixMon uses this as your ad cost.
Can I connect more than one ad account?
Currently, you can connect one Advertiser ID per shop. You can change it in Ads Settings.
Can I add ad spend from Meta or Google?
Not currently. The Ads page shows TikTok ad spend. You can add other marketing costs as an expense.
Where else does ad spend show?
In your P&L, in net profit on the Dashboard Tiles, and per product in Product Analytics.
