P&L: your full TikTok Shop profit and loss statement

Last updated:

Applies to: All TikTok Shop stores connected to KixMon · All plans

AI Summary

The P&L tab is a complete profit-and-loss statement for your TikTok Shop store. Every parent row expands to show the individual TikTok fee or cost behind it, so you can reconcile KixMon against your TikTok settlement statements. Date ranges run from Today to Last 12 months or a custom range, and columns can be grouped by day, by week or by month with a Total column. The statement exports to Excel with a column for each period and a Total column. Net Profit is Gross Sales minus promos, advertising, shipping, refunds, TikTok fees, affiliate commission, non-order adjustments, cost of goods and expenses. Platform-funded discounts are not treated as a seller cost, because TikTok reimburses them at settlement.

Choose a period

The P&L supports Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 12 months and Custom.

Choose a grouping

  • By day — one column per day
  • By week — one column per ISO week (for example, Week 38 2026)
  • By month — one column per month

A Total column always sums the selected range.

Export

Click Export at the top right. The Excel file has one sheet, Profit Loss Data, with a column for each period and a Total column. It includes the main rows of the statement plus the sub-items for Advertising cost (Total Spend, Ads Credit), Shipping cost (Seller Shipping, TikTok Shipping, FBT) and GMV (Product Sales, Customer Shipping Fee, Seller Discount, Platform Discount). Values are plain numbers, with costs as negative amounts, so you can use them in your own formulas.

Line items explained

Click the arrow beside a row to expand it.

Total Orders, Sale Unit, Sample Unit

Refund administration fee TikTok’s fee for processing a refund, deducted from the referral fee TikTok returns to you on that order

Return shipping fee (paid by customers) Return shipping the customer paid, reimbursed to you in settlement (reduces the cost)

Click the underlined amount to open the Non Order Adjustments window. It lists each adjustment for that period with its Transaction ID, Statement ID, Type and Adjustment Amount, so you can match every line to your TikTok settlement statement.

KixMon uses the sign TikTok reports: credits to you appear as positive amounts, and deductions as negative amounts. Common adjustment types include:

Type What it means
LOGISTICS_REIMBURSEMENT Reimbursement TikTok pays you for an order refunded because of a logistics issue, for example an order lost or damaged in transit
CHARGE_BACK An amount adjusted when a buyer disputes a payment with their bank or card issuer

This is what your TikTok Shop actually earned in the period.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn’t KixMon treat Platform Discount as a cost?

Because TikTok funds it and reimburses you at settlement. Counting it as a cost would understate your profit.

Can I see profit per day instead of per week?

Yes. Choose By day, By week or By month at the top right of the P&L.

How far back can I look?

The P&L can show up to Last 12 months, or any custom range within your available history. How far back you can go depends on your plan: Pro covers up to 3 months of history and Max up to 12 months. When you first connect your store, KixMon imports your most recent 2 months so your figures are complete and accurate from day one. If you need more history, contact support and we can import additional months within your plan’s limit.

Does the export include the expanded sub-items?

The export includes the sub-items for Advertising cost, Shipping cost and GMV. Refund Cost, TikTok Fees, Affiliate Commission and Non Order Adjustments are exported as totals; expand those rows in the P&L to see each line.

Why doesn’t my P&L match my TikTok settlement exactly?

Unsettled orders are estimated until TikTok reports the final fees. Expand each row and compare sub-items against your settlement statement; the gap is usually in shipping or a fee TikTok has not yet posted.

Where do my own costs like software and salaries appear?

Under Expenses, which you record on the Expense page. They are subtracted from Gross Profit to give Net Profit.
