Last updated:
Applies to: All TikTok Shop stores connected to KixMon · All plans
AI Summary
Tiles is the first screen you see on the KixMon Dashboard. It shows up to 8 KPI cards that you choose from 20 metrics in four groups: Revenue, Costs, Activity and Profit. Each card shows how much it went up or down compared with the period before. You can pick a date range from Today to Last 30 days, or set your own. Below the cards, the Product Orders table shows the profit for each product, with a breakdown by SKU and an Export Excel button. Product profit is Sales minus Promos, TikTok Fees, Shipping, Affiliate, Ads Cost, Refund Cost and COGS.

In this article, you will learn how to choose and order your KPI tiles, what each metric means, how to read the profit table for each product, and how to export it.
Where to find it
Open Dashboard in the left menu. The Dashboard has three tabs: Tiles, P&L and Creator Profitability. Tiles is selected by default.
At the top of the page you can see your store, its region and its time zone (for example, United States · GMT-8). All dates on the Dashboard use your store’s time zone. Click Refresh to get the latest data from TikTok Shop.
Select a date range
Use the date-range bar at the top right:
| Option | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today | Orders placed today, in the store’s time zone |
| Yesterday | The previous full day |
| Last 7 days | The last 7 days including today |
| Last 14 days | The last 14 days |
| Last 30 days | The last 30 days (default) |
| Custom | Any start and end date you choose |
The exact range appears next to Refresh (for example, 24 Aug 2026 – 22 Sep 2026). The percentage on each tile compares this range with the same length of time just before it. For example, Last 30 days is compared with the 30 days before that.
Customize your tiles
You can show 1 to 8 tiles, in any order.
- Click the Tiles (8) button next to Refresh.
- In the Customize Tiles window, tick the metrics you want. They are grouped into Revenue, Costs, Activity and Profit.
- Drag the handles in the Tiles selected list on the right to change the order.
- Click Save. To go back to the standard 8 tiles, click Default.

Hover over the ⓘ next to Advertising cost or Affiliate Commission to see how the app works out each number:
- Advertising cost
- Your actual ad spend, net of ad credits. (You can view ad credits on the P&L page.)
- Affiliate Commission
- KixMon shows the actual commission you paid, excluding canceled order commissions, while TikTok Shop Affiliate Center Analytics shows estimated commissions, including canceled orders. This is why the amounts can differ.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my GMV lower than my Gross Sales?
GMV is the order value after seller and platform discounts. Gross Sales is the full list price of everything sold. So when you or TikTok run a discount, GMV is lower.
Why do Gross Profit and Net Profit show the same number?
You have not added any expenses yet. Net Profit is Gross Profit minus the expenses you add on the Expense page.
Why does one product show an unusually high profit?
Its COGS is most likely $0.00. Add the cost of goods for that product and its variants on the Product page.
Why do profit figures for recent orders update?
Before an order settles, TikTok sends estimated amounts for shipping (including FBT fees), affiliate commission, referral fee and Smart Promotion fee. KixMon shows these estimates right away and updates them automatically. Until TikTok sends its shipping estimate, KixMon uses the shipping cost from your Product page. When the order settles, KixMon replaces all estimates with TikTok’s final amounts.
Can I see fewer than 8 tiles?
Yes. You can show any number from 1 to 8, in any order.
How do I export product-level profit?
Use Export Excel above the Product Orders table. For a full profit and loss statement, use the Export button on the P&L tab instead.
