User roles
Each person on your team has one role.
- Account owner — the email that signed up for KixMon. Has full access, including Payments and the subscription.
- Admin — uses KixMon fully and can invite and manage team members.
- Editor — uses KixMon fully, but cannot invite team members.
- Viewer — can see all data, but cannot change anything.

Invite a team member
- Open Users in the left menu.
- Type the person’s email in User email.
- Choose an Access role: Admin, Editor or Viewer.
- Under Select one or more shops to share with this user, tick the shops they can see.
- Click Send invitation(s).
Team seats at the top of the page shows how many team members you can add on your plan.
Share only some shops
If you manage more than one shop, tick only the shops this person should see. They will not see any other shop.
What the invited person sees
KixMon sends them an email: You’ve been invited to access [your shop] on Kixmon. It shows who invited them and their role. They click View Invitation to open the shop in KixMon.
If they already have a KixMon account with that email, KixMon links the shop to it automatically.
Manage users
The Users & Invitations list at the bottom of the Users page shows every team member, their Invitation Status, the Shops Assigned and their Access Level. Use Actions to change a user or remove them.

What is the difference between Admin and Editor?
Both can use KixMon fully. Only an Admin can invite and manage team members.
Can I have more than one Admin?
Yes. You can invite as many Admins as your team seats allow.
Who can cancel the subscription?
Only the account owner, the email that signed up for KixMon. The owner is also the only person who can see Payments, disconnect the shop or erase shop data.
Can I give a user access to only some shops?
Yes. When you invite a user, tick only the shops you want to share with them.
The person already has a KixMon account. What happens?
KixMon links the shop to their existing account automatically. They see it the next time they sign in.
How many users can I add?
It depends on your plan. The Users page shows your team seats at the top.
