In this article, you will learn how to find any TikTok Shop order in KixMon, read its revenue, TikTok fees and COGS, and see how much profit you made on it.
Where to find it
Open Orders in the left menu. The table lists every order from your TikTok Shop store, newest first.

Find an order
Use the filters at the top to find orders. Click Reset to clear them.

Order details
Click any Order ID to open the order. You will see:

The COGS comes from your Product page, using the cost for that SKU on the order date.
What you earned
What you earned is your profit on the order: the settlement from TikTok, minus your cost of goods. Before the order settles, it shows Est. amount. After it settles, it shows the final amount.
Click the amount to open the Earnings Breakdown:

Statement settlements
This table shows each payout from TikTok for the order, with its Transaction ID, Settlement Date, Revenue, Fees & tax, Shipping and Settlement amount.
- An Unsettled row shows the reason, such as WAITING FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY, and “Estimated — not yet settled”.
- Click the arrow on a row to see the Revenue breakdown and every TikTok fee and tax.
- When TikTok settles the order, the estimate is replaced with the final figures.
An order can have more than one settlement, for example after a return or refund. What you earned always shows the final amount you keep, or lose, on the order. KixMon uses TikTok’s plus and minus signs as given.
Export your orders
Click Export Excel at the top right of the Orders page to download your orders. The export includes the orders that match your filters.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my order show an estimated amount?
The order has not settled yet, so KixMon shows TikTok’s estimated figures. When the order settles, KixMon replaces them with TikTok’s final figures.
Why does an order have more than one settlement?
TikTok can settle an order more than once, for example after a return or refund. Each settlement has its own row. What you earned shows the final amount you keep or lose on the order.
Is ad spend included in order profit?
Not currently. Ad spend is included in your P&L and in net profit on the Dashboard Tiles.
Where does the COGS on an order come from?
From the Product page. KixMon uses the COGS for that SKU on the order date. If COGS is missing, the order’s profit is overstated.
What are sample orders?
Free samples you send, for example to affiliate creators. Tick Include sample orders to show them. Sample orders are marked with *.
Can I export my orders?
Yes. Click Export Excel at the top right of the Orders page. You can export up to 1,000 orders at a time, so use Date Range or other filters to narrow larger exports.
